Our focus in on endurance athletes who recognise that enjoying and being successful in a sport is not only about developing a training plan and executing it.  It is recognising mind | body | soul and ensuring that these are aligned.  Like a 3 legged stool, if one of the three elements is out of kilter you cannot perform at your best.

Our services

Holistic coaching for endurance sports and lifestyle

We provide a free 15min initial consultation to see if we are a good fit then if we proceed we will provide you with a tailored package.  Our clients are motivated people who would normally commit for a 90 day program at minimum and this would include online coaching and/or face to face for coaching.

We offer two sets of services services for clients: LIFE COACHING focused on life/work and ENDURANCE SPORTS (including triathlon) COACHING which has a strong holistic life approach
